Thank you for attending our annual Christmas Dinner, it was a great success and we were happy to see over 480 of you there! We hope you had a lot of fun and enjoyed all the food, festivities and entertainment.

Christmas Dinner Update

Our annual Christmas Dinner is only one week away!

Here is the menu for the night:

  • Chicken & Scallop Mixed Vegetables
  • Crab Meat, Fish & Fish Belly Soup
  • Dried Scallops & Baby Bok Choy
  • Lobster in Ginger and Onion
  • Roast Chicken Ruby’s Style
  • Steamed Grouper Fish
  • Fried Rice
  • Fried Noodles
  • Dessert

We will also have a Dragon Dance, Belly Dancer, Karaoke and live DJ.
